UU. el 1979.<br \/>\nMindfulness\u00a0o Conciencia Llena es una manera de prestar atenci\u00f3n &#8211; a un mismo, a los otros y en el mundo &#8211; que permite a cada persona cultivar Resiliencia, adoptando maneras de ser y de actuar m\u00e1s positivas y eficaces. Consiste en un entrenamiento mental centrado a aceptar la realidad tal como es, desarrollando la capacidad de manejar mejor las emociones aflictivas y dif\u00edciles.<br \/>\nEl programa\u00a0MBSR\u00ae\u00a0enfatiza la capacidad de parar y ver antes de actuar para aprender a desplegar comportamientos m\u00e1s eficaces y adaptados a los acontecimientos.<\/p>\n<h4>Objetivos:<\/h4>\n<p>Los beneficios de\u00a0MBSR\u00ae\u00a0se centran en tres \u00e1mbitos principales:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Resiliencia, bienestar y salud f\u00edsica y psicol\u00f3gica (reducci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s, manejo del dolor en caso de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas)<br \/>\n\u2022 El reforzamiento de competencias y el cultivo de actitudes personales m\u00e1s positivas y eficaces (desarrollo de la capacidad de atenci\u00f3n, mejora de habilidades de inteligencia emocional y social tales como la regulaci\u00f3n emocional, la escucha y la comunicaci\u00f3n, toma de decisiones)<br \/>\n\u2022 M\u00e1s presencia y mejor conexi\u00f3n con las personas (empat\u00eda, confianza, capacidad de establecer v\u00ednculos y relaciones interpersonales)<\/p>\n<h4>Dirigido a:<\/h4>\n<p>Cualquier persona puede hacer el programa\u00a0MBSR\u00a0(Mindfulness-*Based\u00a0Stress\u00a0Reduction\u00a0o Reducci\u00f3n del Estr\u00e9s Basada en\u00a0Mindfulness)\u00a0si quer\u00e9is reducir el estr\u00e9s, mejorar vuestro bienestar o tener una mayor calidad de vida, sin necesidad de experiencia previa. Aun as\u00ed, no es una terapia para patolog\u00edas concretas y se requiere compromiso para asistir a las sesiones y practicar diariamente a casa.<br \/>\nVa dirigido a todo el mundo en general. Los participantes hacen sesiones pr\u00e1cticas formales de entrenamiento de Mindfulness con ayuda de audios guiados y tambi\u00e9n pr\u00e1cticas informales que los permiten anclar la conciencia llena momento a momento en la vida.<\/p>\n<p>Los temas que se abordan a las sesiones incluyen:<br \/>\n1. Qu\u00e9 es Mindfulness y como se practica.<br \/>\n2. El tri\u00e1ngulo de la atenci\u00f3n<br \/>\n3. Mecanismos de la atenci\u00f3n, percepciones y modelos mentales.<br \/>\n4. Sensaciones y percepci\u00f3n del sufrimiento.<br \/>\n5. Identificaci\u00f3n de emociones asociadas al estr\u00e9s.<br \/>\n6. Inteligencia emocional (conciencia emocional y regulaci\u00f3n emocional basada en Mindfulness),<br \/>\n7. La reacci\u00f3n al estr\u00e9s,<br \/>\n8. Resiliencia y respuestas adaptativas al estr\u00e9s,<br \/>\n9. Comunicaci\u00f3n consciente,<br \/>\n10.
